Aviary is a rooftop bar with sweeping views of the Surfers Paradise skyline. We have a unique offering with some of the best and most innovative cocktails on the Gold Coast. Combine this venue with a premium and exclusive spirit selection and amazing wine menu, you'll feel inspired to come to work.

Aviary Rooftop is on the lookout for experienced and talented Food & Beverage Attendants who enjoy delivering an outstanding level of service, where exceeding expectations is the minimum standard. Aviary aims to take guests on a journey from the time they enter to the time they leave.

**What we are looking for **

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in the service of food and beverages in a high-end restaurant or bar, be willing to engage with guests and provide 5-star service, be friendly, fast and efficient, as well as confident and reliable.

You must have confident cocktail making skills and the ability to learn and experiment with new and exciting recipes.

You will also need to have a very high level of personal presentation and **must be available Thursday - Sunday nights.**
