**About the Role**

Based at our Mount Arthur Coal site, NSW, the Assistant Medical Administrator will play a key part in providing support to the Health and Safety team to deliver and provide an outstanding experience for our stakeholders.

This permanent role is being offered on a Monday to Friday basis with flexible working options.

**In this role you will**:

- Provide a high level of support to the Health and Safety team related to the processing of Order 43 medicals including tracking, monitoring and managing to ensure the successful execution
- Support the delivery of work plans and data management
- Actively identify improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency

**About You**

You will have demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within Health and Safety or within the mining industry. As well as possess the ability to work, both, independently and as part of a team. Importantly, you will have a high level of attention to detail, strong business acumen and the ability to build consultative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally.
