In-house Handyman

**Full-Time Handyman - In-House Role**

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on **Handyman** to join our team on a **permanent, full-time basis**.
This role is based at our business premises in **Cheltenham, Victoria**, and will suit someone who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You will also be servicing other properties in the South East region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General property and building maintenance
- Gardening and grounds upkeep
- Basic repairs (painting, plumbing, minor carpentry, fixtures)
- Assisting with equipment checks and small improvements
- Ensuring a clean, safe and well-presented environment

**About You**:

- Practical skills in general maintenance and gardening
- Able to work independently and prioritise tasks
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, proactive, and physically capable
- Previous handyman or maintenance experience preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
