**About The Role**
- You’ll also support the Local Manager with business development initiatives, help manage loan processing and distribution and play a key role in coaching and mentoring staff. A vital part of the role involves leading our mortgage retention program to ensure our Members feel supported and valued throughout their lending journey.
- This is a full time permanent position, based on a 38-hour working week. Monday to Friday. The successful applicant may be required to work at branches within the region, as required.

**About You**
- To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:

- Lending experience and sales skills
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including listening skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Sound mathematical skills and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Sounds understanding of Queensland Country products and services (desired)
