Sales Representative

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative to join the Beresfield team to grow and manage our existing accounts. Reporting to the State Sales Manager NSW, we are looking for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about building open and transparent relationships and finding creativity in solving problems.

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

- Grow and maintain existing accounts by building rapport with account customers
- Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations as required
- Coordinate the sales effort by working with internal staff and external clients
- Deliver on sale budgets and targets through continuous improvement on sales performance
- Manage customer complaints and implement fixes to avoid future issues.
- Provide comprehensive knowledge on Dowell products by regularly staying up to date with new trends
- Participate in trade shows and conventions as required.
- Experience in selling products preferably within the building materials market
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well autonomously and in a team
- An easy to deal with and positive approach
- An open, honest and authentic manner in your dealings
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft software such as Word, Excel and Outlook

We have a great team environment where there is a hands-on approach to all that needs to be done. There will be full training and ongoing support provided by the team.
