**About the Role**:
Green Options is on the lookout for a self-motivated and independent horticulturist to join our team. As a highly regarded industry leader, we have a portfolio that includes high profile government, private and commercial sites across Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate independently, managing the garden maintenance to meet Green Options' quality standards ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Garden services including pruning, weeding, leaf and rubbish removal
- Identification and treatment of weeds, pests and diseases
- Planting, feeding and fertilisation of plants
- Communicate directly with the client and Contract Manager, providing updates and reports on site progress and quality
- Take responsibility for the safe operation and maintenance of all landscaping equipment

**About You**:

- Ideally, you will have a background in horticulture or Parks & Gardens (Cert III
- Holders of First Aid and AQF3 qualifications will be highly regarded
- A Working with Children Check is necessary for this role
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on high profile horticultural sites
- Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to manage site progress effectively
- A self starter with a vision to exceed client expectations and a drive to create beautiful, sustainable landscapes
