After 4 years of steady leadership, a rare opportunity has become available for an experienced facility manager to join our McLean Care family at CWA House in Oakey.

McLean Care has a great leadership team and structure from which you will be provided with excellent support whilst you manage the day-to-day operations of this quaint 40 bed facility.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Demonstrated ability to create an aged care service environment that exemplifies the McLean Care mission and values
- Effective leadership and teambuilding skills coupled with the ability to identify potential and encourage it
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to develop and implement strategies that lead to improved resident services
- Competence in the preparation and management of operational budgets and maintaining prudent levels of spending
- Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills and the ability to influence people
- Demonstrated experience of the effective provision of clinical leadership
- Minimum 3 years experience in Aged Care or Health industry
- Experience in managing claims for aged care subsidies and funding
- Demonstrated experience in working in a highly regulated environment requiring compliance with Government Standards

**In addition to these skills you will require the following**:

- An unencumbered driver’s license
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
