**THE COMPANY**

This well-respected company has been continuously growing over the last 5 years.

Their high-profile projects involve high-end residential landscaping for prestigious private clients and Designers/Architects who are recognised nationally.

With 15-20 long-serving employees, they are looking to bolster their close-knit family and to enjoy what should be a very busy period.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

This rare opportunity is to join the business in a qualified Tradesman role where you can develop yourself further and the junior employees around you.

It will be a hands-on role where you can put your stamp on some iconic private estates and gardens in Sydney and also progress your career forward into a site management position.

**THE ROLE**
- Read and interpret plans
- Lead a small team
- Hands-on landscape construction
- Work in with subcontractors
- Train and develop Apprentices
- Report into the Site Supervisor

**PROFILE**
- 3-5 years as a qualified Landscape Tradesman
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction/Horticulture
- Drivers license
- A positive and up-beat attitude
- Experience in the high-end residential landscapes
