**The Role**

Globe 24-7 is currently searching for a **Resourcing** **Consultant** to join our dynamic team in the Perth office. Reporting to the Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with our Recruitment team to source, screen and engage with a variety of roles to support our current pipeline projects.
- Working at Globe 24-7 is a little different to some of the typical agencies in Perth and we have a lot to offer our clients. From executive search, single search, HR consulting, large and small scale RPOs, the work is very diverse. The majority of our business sits in the Mining & Energy space and our Perth based team enjoys a very flexible work environment._**The Requirements**
- Experience resourcing for the mining/engineering sectors would be highly regarded.
- Ability to build relevant talent pools and pipelines.
- Accuracy in maintaining the talent management system/database to allow for timely reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced environment
- You’re the type of person that likes to push and challenge themselves
- A motivated team player who values a collaborative working environment
