**About - Digital Products Centre of Excellence**
The Digital Products Centre of Excellence (CoE), within Strategy, Innovation & Assurance, acts as a central body bringing together stakeholders from across the organisation and sets the standard for Salesforce architecture, updates, enhancements and operations.

**About the Role**
Reporting to the CoE Lead the Iteration Manager will support teams in effective uptake in Agile/Agility to continue to develop new and improved ways of working and drive the delivery of critical enhancement projects.

The role will engage the team and value stream stakeholders to ensure the goals, scope and work remain clear and support the adoption and usage of appropriate Agile/Agility methodology to accelerate the delivery of value to their stakeholders. The role will also embed and drive team-based metrics to help the teams to understand and manage motivators, stressors and behaviours to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include:

- Promote and drive uplift in agile adoption and maturity, helping team(s) self-organise, self-manage and work at a sustainable pace of continual improvement and continuous delivery.
- Work collaboratively with the CoE Lead and the team to design and implement processes that ensure a seamless flow of work between the operational and delivery modes.
- Support the team in the adoption of a ‘customer-centric focus’ with innovative approaches to the delivery of team outcomes and customer value.
- Take an active role in helping the team identify, understand, and resolve issues that may impact their ability to deliver planned agreed work.

**About You**
You are an experienced Iteration Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile coach with demonstrated leadership within a complex organisation. You possess excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. You are an effective communicator with the ability to bring teams together and support their growth.

You will also have:

- A relevant postgraduate qualification with significant relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant significant experience and/or education and training.
- Significant working knowledge of iterative and flow-based work systems and complementary frameworks e.g. Lean, Kanban, Scrum, Scrum/XP, TDD/FDD/BDD, SAFe, DevOps/CD-CI, Management 3.0 and, Cynefin; also, having used and trained teams in the adoption of concepts such as MVP and work decomposition to accelerate delivery of value.
- Demonstrable experience in Product planning and education of teams in the definition and replenishment of Product backlogs with well-defined product requirements that convey stakeholder needs and, with defined ordering/sequencing to maximise value.

Exposure to Salesforce would be highly-regarded.
