We partner with children with life threatening conditions, their families and medical teams to grant wishes as unique as the children who imagine them. **The Role**

We are seeking a talented, engaged and driven Wish Planner to join the team. Working in the Wish team, you will play a critical role in bringing each wish to fruition. The role of the Wish Planner is to create a bespoke wish journey for every child, working with external suppliers and internal teams to deliver goods, travel and experience wishes on time and within budget.

The role is responsible for creating magical wish journeys which include taking the brief from the Wish Catcher Team and tailoring a wish journey that brings the child’s unique wish to life. Duties will include designing wishes, sourcing the best suppliers to work with, booking event activities, building itineraries, booking travel and accommodation, working with wish families and managing multiple crucial relationships every day.

This exciting opportunity will suit someone who has a passion for giving, is detail orientated and has exceptional organisation skills and also enjoys being creative and using their imagination.

The position will enable you to play a critical role in making wishes possible for children in Australia.

This role is a full-time 6 month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension.

**More of what you will be doing**
- Creating unique wish designs for each child using the brief provided to you
- Ensure all special needs of the child and family members are covered accurately
- Work collaboratively with the Volunteer team, Corporate Partners, Suppliers’ and other staff to book high quality, individual and creative wishes
- Be the main point of contact for Wish Families during the wish planning stage
- Using CRM (Salesforce) to manage all tasking within this work environment
- Manage the Australian Celebrity relationships as required
- Create and provide itineraries to families and volunteers
- Booking travel and accommodation for the children and their families if required
- Negotiate free/discounted goods and services to drive down the cost of wishes whilst ensuring a high quality experience
- Ensure all families have a seamless and quality experience, providing exceptional customer service and empathy

***About You**
- Experience in creative product development or event planning or the travel industry is advantageous
- Ability to work within a tight budget
- Task orientated with strong project management skills with exceptional prioritisation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with and across teams, as well as the ability to work independently
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Strong work ethic, self-driven and proactive
- Self-management and initiative
- Problem Solving and Solution-driven
- Experience using Salesforce is desirable
- Mature, reliable and trustworthy
