**The Opportunity**:
**In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Field Service team located in Melbourne.**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing service requests and scheduling appointments for both Hire and Retail customers.
- Coordinating with technicians and customers to ensure timely resolution of service issues.
- Maintaining accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer enquiries and concerns.
- Processing Service work orders and preparing invoices and closing off jobs.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support the service team.

**The knowledge, skills and abilities we're looking for**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role within a similar industry would be highly regarded.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisation and multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent local knowledge of Adelaide locations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
