Opal Fibre Packaging provides a full service offering in corrugated cardboard box packaging from design and product testing through to supply chain integration. We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join the team at our site in Huonville.

The key focus of this role will be to:

- Oversee the operations of the warehouse and stock management system
- Manage the receiving and processing of orders from customers
- Review inventory levels and order stock as required
- Direct and control the warehouse to ensure they carry out responsibilities effectively and provide high quality/profitable operations that meets customer and business needs
- Ensure that the loading of trucks is done in a safe and efficient manner and that all products that leave the site have the correct paperwork completed
- Providing accurate receipting of inward and outwards goods
- Accurately record Pallet Returns/De-hires, working towards minimising losses and the cost of recovery

For this role we would ideally like you to have:

- Experience overseeing warehouse operations within a customer-centric environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Current driver’s license & forklift license
- Knowledge of planning techniques and supply chain principles
- The ability to prioritize and work to set deadlines
- Prior experience in using SAP or similar systems would be viewed favourably
