Qualified Lote Teacher

**Role Description/Criteria**
- The successful applicant will:_
- _ have the capacity to confidently teach LOTE (Italian)_
- _ provide high quality teaching and learning experiences for students_
- _ have a willingness to be involved in the School and Parish community_
- _ have exemplary learning and teaching skills with the capacity and desire to share this knowledge in a professional, collaborative and collegial way_
- _ have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to continue to build strong relationships with students, staff, parents and our Parish community._
- _ an understanding of direct explicit instruction_
- _ the knowledge and skills to implement a differentiated curriculum_
- _ the ability to embrace a collegial, team-based approach to teaching and learning_
- The successful applicant must:_
- _ be committed to the Catholic ethos, the principles of Catholic teaching and living the school’s vision_
- _ have registration with V.I.T._
- _ an understanding and commitment to Child Safety initiatives as per the Government guidelines_
- _ provide referees (3) that can attest to their suitability regarding working with children. Please note one referee must be your current or most recent school Principal._
