Victoria’s Rosemont Stud, one of Australia’s most progressive stud farms is seeking an enthusiastic, organised & motivated individual for the coveted role of Stud Manager.

The successful applicant will be a leading, senior member of the Rosemont Management Team & required to meet the following:

- Vast, hands-on experience within all areas of a stud farm; stallions, mares, foaling, yearlings & weanlings etc.
- High level of Leadership skills.
- Experience in Managing & Delegating a team.
- Experience in liaising & reporting to clients.
- Natural sense for attention to detail.

With significant investment in bloodstock and on farm facilities such as new staff accommodation units, stallion barns, foaling area & offices
currently being built, Rosemont has a clear & exciting direction in planning for the future. Our team is inclusive, hard-working and most of all dedicated to the philosophy of ‘Succeeding Together’.
