Laundy Hotels are seeking Section Waiters to join the team at Sinclair's at The Log Cabin located in Penrith.

Sinclair’s at The Log Cabin will take you on a culinary journey of the Hawkesbury, mountains and Nepean Regions, introducing you to the communities, people and farmers who inspire our menus. This exciting concept for Western Sydney, prides itself on serving community sourced, local, seasonal produce as the heart of its menu. Each dish created being a reflection of the region, from the farm to your plate.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
As a Section Waiter at Sinclair's, you are responsible for but not limited to:

- Thorough understanding of all available food and beverage menu items
- Thorough understanding of the order or service, and execution in a timely and accurate manner to achieve superior service delivery
- Delivery of exceptional and professional guest service, ensuring all guests receive the high standard of service required, at all times
- Ability to manage a given section during service periods

**WHO ARE YOU**
As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:

- Proven experience in an informal dining or similar high-end hospitality environment
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods
- Flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work evenings, weekends
- Possession of a valid RSA certificate
- A desire to perform at the highest level
- Ability to travel independently & reliably
