- **TK Maxx is seeking Retail Store Associates to join our NEW STORE TEAM at CHURCHILL CENTRE, Kilburn SA.**_

**About the Role**

In your role as a Store Associate at TK Maxx, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, this will include but is not limited to, delivering excellent customer service, sales merchandising and display, and stock management. You will be responsible for ensuring customers receive a positive shopping experience that will keep them coming back. You will also be tasked with the processing and merchandising of stock to drive profitable sales.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Processing sales and returns
- Maintenance and replenishment of stock
- Visual merchandising of products
- Cooperatively work in a team environment

**Skills/Experience**

The successful applicant should possess the following:

- Previous retail fashion experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable
- Sales and results-driven with proven experience in meeting KPIs
- Experience in a high-volume retail environment
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Experience in merchandising a range of products

**Payrate**
- Part-time - from $ 16 - 23 per hour based on General Retail Industry Award
- Casual - from $ 20 - 29 per hour based on General Retail Industry Award
- Interviews will be held at our Pasadena Store_

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term, Casual

**Salary**: $16.37 - $23.38 per hour
