We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Receptionist. This is an excellent opportunity for a school leaver who is eager to start their professional career and gain valuable experience in a supportive work environment. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and provide a warm and friendly welcome to the office.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Provide basic information and assistance to visitors and callers.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school certificate or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
