Our company is now seeking a Yard Hand at our Pinkenba yard.

The Yard Hand is responsible for General duties in the process of our Recycling sorting and the safe operation of equipment at our facility for the purpose of recovering materials in an efficient and safe manner.

The Yard Hand will report to the Yard Leading Hand.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Sorting construction and demolition waste according to material and placing into designated bins
- General Yard Duties
- General Labouring
- Perform pre
- and post-operation inspection of the equipment in accordance with Company policy and procedures
- Continuously monitor the condition of the equipment to ensure it is operationally ready at all times to minimise down time

Your will need your own transport, our yard is not on a public transport route.
