**Your New Opportunity**:
We have a great opportunity for an experienced **Maintenance Fitter** to join our dynamic new team in **Erskine Park, NSW**, working hand in hand with the plant’s operators.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining all plant equipment cost effectively and safely ensuring downtime is limited and injuries and breakdowns are attended to promptly.

You will have key responsibility in: *
- Large screening and cracker mill repair and maintenance
- Ensuring Assigned Preventative work is completed on time
- Gearbox & bearing removal & refit
- Promote an inclusive team structure
- Assist in training apprentices
- Materials handling equipment repair and maintenance
- Promote safety and safe work practices at all times
- Conveyor belt repair and maintenance

**About you**:

- Fitter - Trade Certificate
- Minimum 3 years’ Fitter experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Understanding of Quality systems and procedures
- Experience in a high-pressure manufacturing industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Be self-motivated, and have the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Forklift Licence - desired, not essential
- Riggers & Confined Space High Risk Tickets (is desirable but not essential)
- Scissor Lift experience - desired, not essential
- Welding experience (is desirable but not essential)
