We’re looking for a **reliable, proactive team player** to take the lead of our small **pick and pack team** at **Fino Foods**. This is more than just a warehouse role - it’s an opportunity to take ownership, support the Warehouse Manager, and help drive a **safe, efficient, and positive workplace culture**.

**About Fino Foods**

We’re a Brisbane-based **wholesale fine food distributor**, supplying some of Australia’s best restaurants and delis with artisan cheese, salumi, olives, and other carefully selected products. We’re passionate about food and value people who share that passion.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the **evening pick and pack operations**, ensuring orders are accurately and efficiently filled
- Maintain a **clean, organised and safe** work environment
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in improving **systems and productivity**:

- Help foster a **friendly, supportive, and accountable team culture**

**Who We’re Looking For**
- **Reliable and punctual**, with strong attention to detail
- Takes **initiative** and can work independently or lead a small team
- Familiarity with stock management systems **or** ability to quickly learn simple software
- Enjoys **problem-solving and process improvement**:

- A great communicator who contributes to a **positive team environment**

**The Details**
- **Location**: Richlands, Brisbane
- **Hours**: Sunday to Thursday - shifts start at **4pm** (some flexibility available)
- Regular shifts with potential for **full-time employment after 6 months**:

**Essential**
- Australian/NZ citizen or **unrestricted working rights**:

- Comfortable working in a **cold room** (gear provided)
- **Own transport** to and from work
- Willing to undergo a **police check** if required
- Basic **computer/data entry** skills

**Nice to Have (But Not Essential)**
- Forklift licence

Pay: $41.90 - $60.20 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
