We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated hospitality professional to work in a full-time position as an **Events Administration Assistant** in **Sydney's CBD.**

Your hands-on approach to managing events and functions, together with a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver results, will ensure your success in this challenging role.

**Key Duties**
- Set up, run, and pack down food and beverage activities for events
- Responsible for all Events quoting, pricing, and development of catering packages and follow up work for Functions & Events.
- Preparing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Supervise staff when needed
- Drive service excellence by being a true role model
- Monitor and action improvements based on feedback
- Must have previous experience minimum 2 years with an event company or caterer
- Experience in the delivery of high-end corporate style functions
- An RSA certificates
- Fine dining catering experience
- Extensive knowledge of food and wine
- Passion for creating high standards of excellence
- Exceptional interpersonal, administrative, and organisational skills
