Mini BOSS/TRIPOD Incursions run practical workshops in Primary and Secondary schools across Victoria, providing students with engaging, hands-on experiences that teach critical skills like teamwork, problem-solving, communication, and resilience.

We are looking for our next team member, someone who has an insane passion for education with a difference

We are a small high performing team who love what we do and feel lucky to have the opportunity to create and deliver extraordinary programs with schools and young people every day. We need someone who looks at our website, sees what we do, and can't wait to pick up the phone and be a part of our team

You will:

- Deliver workshops with large groups of students aged 5-18 (up to 100)
- Lead a team of facilitators that you will lead, grow and develop across our suite of 24 programs
- Have an attitude of continuous improvement to activate excellence in everything we do from content creation, processes and procedures, and staff growth
- Have a passion for performance and make every session you deliver unique and memorable for your audience including fart jokes and letting your inner child shine : )
- Love working with kids of all ages and not be afraid to engage with them one-on-one or in groups
- Demonstrate strong ability in time management, teamwork, and keeping students engaged while ensuring quality in presentation and delivery

To be considered for this role, the following experience/skills are necessary:

- Must have a current drivers license and be able to travel to shifts at schools across Melbourne
- Have a Covid Vaccination Certificate
- A current Victorian Working With Children Check will be required
- Demonstrated experience to engage an audience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
