Great opportunity for a **Warehouse Administrator** to work within a busy distributon centre, located in the Greenacre area This role offers full time hours with the view to permanency for the right person

**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Invoicing using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud-based ERP system
- Scanning/Filing and record keeping
- Inventory management, P&L journals, data entry
- Assisting with pick packing as required
- Booking customer deliveries
- Issue daily transport manifest
- Perform occasional cycle counts
- Liasing with other departments as necessary

**To be eligible for the position**:

- Excellent organisational skills
- Clear communication with customers and colleagues
- MS office experience - specifically Excel
- Punctual and reliable
- Perform well under pressure
- Proactive and decisive nature
- Works well within a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greenacre, NSW 2066: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
