Superintendent E&I | Kwinana Based

Fluor is one of the world's largest publicly traded engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and maintenance companies, providing innovative EPC services to government and private-sector clients in diverse industries.

The project has an exciting opportunity for a Superintendent E&I, to join the project team on site at Kwinana. Monday to Friday, 50 hour week.

**Position specific responsibilities and requirements**:

- Interface regularly with contractor management ensuring contract

conditions are being met.
- Work closely with IPT site engineering team ensuring technical issues

are processed and closed out in a timely manner.
- Participate regularally in schedule reviews and ensure field activities

are being undertaken to meet project schedule requirements.
- Conduct daily meetings with IPT E&I supervision and complete daily

reports for all activities undertaken in your area of responsibility.
- Work closely with IPT SMP superintendent ensuring interface issues are

managed on a daily basis.
- Work closely with contractor and IPT quality personnel ensuring

contractor QMP is being adhere to and facilitate resolutions to quality
issues.

**Position required competencies and skills**:

- Ability to manage supervisory personnel ensuring project standards are

met
- Have a sound understanding of contract conditions and commercial

execution
- Strong technical understanding of infrastructure to be installed
- Ability to problem solve and manage multi-discipline interfaces

**Position required qualifications**:

- Electrical Engineering Degree or Trade Certificate

**Position desired experience, competencies and qualifications**:

- 10 years experience in site execution of large scale resource projects

as Contractor or Owners Team/EPCM.
