At **Health104**, Melbourne's premier **integrative health and wellness facility**, we're looking for a **Lead Receptionist** to be the welcoming face of our practice and a vital part of our operational team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage front desk operations to ensure **smooth daily workflows**.
- Deliver **exceptional customer service** to patients, clients, and visitors.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Minimum 2 years' experience** as a Receptionist in a medical or healthcare setting is required.
- Experience using **Best Practice**software is **required**.
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- Passion for healthcare and patient-centered service.
- Ability to **support the existing team** and manage a growing reception environment with confidence and professionalism.
