Warehouse Coordinator

As a key member of the Needly Team, the **Warehouse Coordinator's** main function is to ensure the daily operations of the store are running efficiently.

Due to company growth we are looking for a **Warehouse Coordinator** to make an impact within the company
**Warehouse Coordinator Position Functions**:
**Managing day-to-day operations**
- Lead team of Delivery Drivers and Team Members to ensure efficient and quality work in line with Needly Guidelines

**Stock Control**
- Assist with receiving, process and input inbound stock
- Quality inspection of inbound stock/outbound stock
- Assist with cycle counts and or stock takes.

**Safety & Compliance**
- Pre-vehicle checks
- Document maintenance (create, update and store)

**Customer Service**
- First point of contact with escalated customer enquires

**About You**:

- 1+ year leadership/management experience (warehouse/grocery/retail/FMCG preferred)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and thrive to challenges

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
