Monday to Friday (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) or Flexible; minimum 24 hours per week
- Provide consistent and superior customer service
- Pick, check, pack and prepare sales orders for shipping with 24-hour turnaround
- Make courier reservations and oversee courier collections
- Support inventory control
- Clean and other general warehouse duties as assigned
- Set example for other team members by performing responsibilities safely, efficiently and with a positive attitude
- Follow and adhere to all given instructions including work procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Strictly adhere to and observe all safety policies as outlined in the company policies and training sessions
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Completion of secondary school with a graduation diploma
- Minimum one year’s experience in a manufacturing facility
- Knowledge of order processing, inventory management, and courier interfaces
- Proficiency with numbers
- Ability to learn new computer systems and tools as required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Physical capability to lift, carry and move up to 20 kgs throughout the day
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work with staff across the organization
- Ability to work well under pressure, take initiative and follow through on tasks
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
