**SALARY RANGE**:AUD 100,000 - AUD 110,000 + excellent benefits + market leading bonus

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

The Insights Executive is responsible to implement the AUA consumer, customer and competitor insights and foresights for Combustibles and New Categories.

Contribute to the development of a Single View of the Nicotine Consumer and insights/foresights across the key contestable consumer pools to drive scale in our brands and protect the heartland base of our portfolio.

**Reports to**:AUA Consumer Insights Manager

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**

Input into the development of the insights agenda for Combustibles and New Categories for AUA (Australia & South Pacific).
- Develop consumer insights through analysing multiple sources and harness findings, to build a profound understanding of combustible and new category.
- Translate data & information into impactful insights & foresights and support action from insights through guiding the business on interpretation and implications.
- Assist in the management of research agencies, ensuring OTIF delivery of outputs at defined quality standards, and evaluations are conducted for initiatives.
- Support development and embedding of new capabilities across the business.

- Do you have good stakeholder management & presentation skills?

**CRUCIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- A tertiary degree in a field such as Marketing, Business, Psychology or Analytics
- At least 3 years in a similar role in a corporate environment or a research agency with a proven track record of business delivery
- Advanced understanding of research methodologies and solid analytic skills including ability to synthesize information, identify trends, reduce complexity and identify key opportunities.
- Sound communication and storytelling skills: ability to deliver effective presentations to stakeholders at all levels.

**REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS**

You will receive a competitive remuneration package between AUD 100,000 - AUD 110,000.
