**Key Responsibilities**:

- Structure learning experiences to meet the unique needs of diverse learners.
- Create and maintain safe, inclusive, and challenging learning environments.
- Interpret and use student assessment data to diagnose barriers and implement targeted support.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop and implement inclusive programs.
- Communicate effectively with parents/carers regarding student progress and needs.

**What You Will Bring**:

- Understanding of contemporary pedagogical approaches for primary years learners, particularly in inclusive education.
- Knowledge of the content and sequence of Key Learning Areas.
- Experience in supporting diverse learning needs and implementing differentiated strategies.
- Ability to make content meaningful to students at different levels.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification (minimum 4-year degree or 75% complete).
- Valid Working with Children Check.
