We’re on the lookout for a superstar **Head Barista** to lead the coffee team at one of our buzzing Northern Beaches venues. Think great vibes, great gear, and a roster capped at 40 hours so you can keep that work-life balance.

If you’ve got passion for coffee and a genuine love of hospitality, this is your chance to grow with a well-known, fast-expanding business.

**A must**:

- A great attitude towards work (you pitch in and collaborate, even when it’s busy).
- Solid coffee knowledge, but always hungry to learn more.
- Basic sensory training.
- Specialty coffee experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Weekend availability.
- Respect for decaf (yep, it matters).

**It will help a lot if you**:

- Simply love coffee.
- Have worked with coffee recipes before.
- Are confident using scales and refractometers.
- Know your way around different tools and gadgets.
- Tamp nice and even (because sometimes the Puqpress takes the day off).
- Can dial in and manage up to four different coffees at once.
- Are familiar with AEROPRESS, V60, batch brew, and other alt brewing methods.

**Some of the duties**:

- Maintain, improve, and create new coffee recipes each week.
- Ensure every cup meets top standards in flavour, presentation, and speed.
- Use all your senses to deliver consistency.
- Manage ordering and stock.
- Keep your station, equipment, and tools clean and tidy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
