We are dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities to live their best lives with dignity, independence, and respect. We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented part-time Admin Staff member to join our team.
**Position Overview**:
As a part-time Admin Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services. You will be responsible for key administrative tasks such as rostering, invoicing, and financial management using Xero. You will also be expected to navigate various NDIS client management platforms to support our participants and ensure the delivery of top-tier services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Rostering**: Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for NDIS client care, considering client needs and staff availability.
- **Invoicing & Billing**: Generate and process invoices for services provided under the NDIS. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of invoices to clients and stakeholders.
- **Xero Management**: Maintain financial records using Xero, including data entry, reconciliation, and expense tracking.
- **NDIS Client Management Apps**: Utilize various NDIS client management platforms to track client funding, services, and requirements.
- **Client Communication**: Handle inquiries related to billing, services, and rosters from clients, NDIS participants, and staff members in a professional and timely manner.
- **NDIS Compliance**: Ensure all invoicing and service management processes align with NDIS guidelines and regulations.
- **General Administrative Support**: Assist with filing, data management, document preparation, and other tasks as required to support the smooth functioning of the office.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an admin role, preferably within an NDIS environment or healthcare setting.
- **Xero Proficiency**: Demonstrated experience in using Xero for financial management.
- **NDIS Client Apps**: Familiarity with various NDIS client management platforms.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous approach to handling invoices, payments, and client data.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset.
- **NDIS Knowledge**: Familiarity with NDIS processes, policies, and service delivery is highly desirable.
- **Technology**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management software.
