Are you a friendly, organised and customer focused individual with a passion for helping people? Hills Family Dental Centre in Kalamunda are looking for a _Dental Receptionist _to become a vital part of our team.

As a dental receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued patients, providing a comfortable, friendly experience and helping keep the practice running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting patients with a warm smile and making them feel at ease.
- Managing patient appointments and inquiries.
- Handling billing, insurance claims and payment processing.
- Supporting the clinical team with admin tasks.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A positive attitude and friendly personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting. Ideally dental experience with knowlege of D4W software.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience as a DA preferred.
