**What You Will Be Working On**

Your role combines beauty expertise with exceptional customer service. You will:

- Conduct detailed hair health consultations, matching customers with their perfect products
- Share your growing product knowledge to help customers achieve their hair and beauty goals, creating personalized shopping experiences based on each client's unique needs
- Build lasting relationships through expert advice and genuine care
- Drive sales through your authentic passion for beauty and product expertise
- Contribute to an inspiring store environment through creative merchandising
- Support the salon team as required to deliver outstanding customer service

Previous retail or beauty industry experience is valuable but not essential - your passion for beauty and eagerness to learn are what matter most.
