U-Tech Medical has been providing Biomedical Engineering services for over 25 years and has a strong national service network with workshop facilities in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

We specialise in medical & dental equipment repairs, compliance testing, commissioning, and on-site preventative maintenance, to healthcare facilities across Australia for the past 25 years.

We service a wide range of medical devices and currently have a workshop/field service position available based at our Loganholme workshop, and travelling to customer sites, typically covering but not limited to the Greater Brisbane area, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
The position involves, repairs, performance qualification testing and preventative maintenance of specialised medical equipment and bench-top autoclaves, (sterilizers).

Experience with servicing and testing of medical equipment and/or benchtop autoclaves would be an advantage, however if you have a sound technical/service background in any electronic/electro-mechanical field, including, Instrumentation, Computers, Printers or White goods, etc. and have a positive customer service attitude, with the willingness to expand your knowledge, you should apply. This position offers strong training and growth potential for goal focused staff that possess a positive customer service approach.

**Experience and Qualifications**:
The applicant will be expected to have completed the Certificate III in Electronics Communications or Engineering Diploma, or a similar Electrical Trade/Engineering qualification. You must be eligible to work in Australia and hold a current driver's licence. You must posses a strong level of verbal and written communications and have a positive team member approach.

A minimum of 3 year’s service experience would be an advantage, however proven repair/service experience in electrical or electronic devices will be considered for this position under our technical skills development program.

Due to the specialised nature of our business, we expect to train the successful applicants on specific medical devices and autoclaves in our service range.

**Benefits**:
A competitive salary package, including a fully maintained company car or car allowance, laptop, and mobile phone, will be offered to the successful applicant.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
