Cafe Supervisor

Holly Raye's is a busy neighbourhood cafe in Bassendean, specialising in delicious breakfast, Micrology coffee and housemade baked goods. We offer high tea and a private function room that can be booked out for baby showers, hens days etc.

We are on the hunt for a responsible, friendly, energetic individual who has a true passion for hospitality that will enjoy leading our current team

**Responsibilities**
- The daily running of the cafe
- Managing and ordering stock
- Creating and adjusting F.O.H rosters
- Supervise, train and mentor F.O.H staff

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong barista skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a strong passion for the industry
- Wonderful communication skills
- A positive attitude, enjoy leading by example

**Other info**:

- 5 days a week - 38 hours
- Full time position available
- 4 weeks annual leave
- Sick leave

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
