As a Subway Staff Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by managing the staff schedule, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that our team is well-equipped to deliver excellent customer service. You will be responsible for coordinating with staff, addressing any staffing issues, and supporting the management team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Staff Scheduling**: Create and manage weekly staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts while adhering to labor budgets. - **Recruitment and Training**: Assist in the hiring process by coordinating interviews and supporting the onboarding and training of new staff members. - **Staff Coordination**: Act as the main point of contact for staff-related inquiries, including shift swaps, time-off requests, and any other scheduling concerns. - **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor staff performance, providing feedback, and addressing any issues to ensure high standards of customer service. - **Operational Support**: Work closely with the management team to ensure that all operations run smoothly, including stock management, customer service, and health and safety compliance. - **Communication**: Maintain clear and consistent communication with staff and management to ensure that all team members are informed of any updates or changes. **MUST HAVE CAR>>>>>>** Pay: $25.56 - $30.09 per hour **Experience**: - Restaurant management: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: - Driver Licence (required) Willingness to travel: - 25% (required) Work Location: In person
