**Position**: Fitting Model **Department**: Product Development / Technical Design **Reports To**: Technical Designer / Fit Coordinator **Location**: Sydney CBD **Company Overview**: At Digital Karma, we’re passionate about creating garments that fit beautifully and make people feel confident. Our fitting models are an integral part of this process, helping our teams perfect the fit, balance, and feel of every design. **Key Duties**: - Participate in fit sessions to assess new styles and revisions - Provide honest, constructive feedback about garment comfort and movement - Maintain consistent measurements and body proportions over time - Work closely with technical teams to improve product fit and quality - Be available for fittings during normal working hours as scheduled - Ad hoc duties as required **Qualifications**: - Must meet target measurements for [specific sample size(s)] - Ability to stand for extended periods and change garments frequently - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude - Previous fitting model or fashion industry experience is a plus **Physical Requirements**: - Height: 5'3"- 6'0" - Bust: 32.5”- 36.5" - Waist: 24"-28” - Hip: 35"-39” **Compensation & Schedule**: - $40-$60 per hour (depending on experience) - Weekdays **Application Instructions**: Please send: - Your current measurements - 3-4 clear photos (front, side, back, clothed in form-fitting attire) - Your availability - **“Fitting Model - [Your Name]”** **Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week **Benefits**: - Employee discount Work Location: In person
