Acai Bar Crew Member

**Role Overview**

As a Crew Member at Acai Grounds, you’ll be part of a close-knit team that delivers fast, friendly, and high-quality service every day. You’ll prepare and serve our signature acai bowls and smoothies, engage with customers, and ensure smooth operation. The role is hands-on and fast-paced, perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve acai bowls, smoothies, and protein-based menu items to our quality and presentation standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service — greet customers, take orders, and ensure a positive, friendly experience every time.
- Operate blenders, topping stations, and food service equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with your team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with stock management, restocking, and end-of-day cleaning.
- Support in opening and closing duties, including cash handling and preparing the trailer for the next service.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Valid driver’s license & own transport — **must have own**transport and flexibility.
- Previous café or food service experience — must be confident working in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
- Team player — we work closely together and support each other every shift.
- Fast-paced and reliable — able to handle pressure during busy service times.
- Late-night and weekend availability — essential for our evening crowd and peak periods.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Experience in a food trailer, café, or smoothie bar.
- A passion for healthy, high-quality food and a love for great presentation.
- Food handling or food safety certification.
