**WINDOWS SERVER & VIRTUALISATION MANAGER
**About The Role**

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Windows Server & Virtualisation Manager to join our global IT Services department in Melbourne. Take a key role in driving success as you lead the technical excellence of Microsoft/VMWare platforms across the Hansen Cloud and managed Azure environments. Manage a team of engineers, ensure IT system reliability and security, and enhance IT processes. Collaborate across teams for seamless system integration.

**About You**

You are an effective leader who can manage and motivate a team of engineers across multiple geographic locations with proven experience in Windows Server & Virtualization (WS&V) operations. You will also have:

- Strong expertise in VMware, Windows Server, MS Authentication Services, Azure, M365, Pure Storage, Dell compute, Networking.
- Proven experience leading IT operations teams in dynamic 24/7 support environments.
- Global and virtual team collaboration skills.
- Private cloud operations and troubleshooting proficiency.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused mindset with business understanding.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of 7 direct and 7 matrix reports for smooth WS&V infrastructure operations.
- Monitor and enhance WS&V infrastructure availability, performance, and security.
- Standardize, scale, and optimize WS&V infrastructure globally through processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new private cloud solutions.
- Maintain documentation and reports on WS&V infrastructure performance, security, and compliance.
- Manage vendor and service provider relationships for high-quality service delivery. Continuously evaluate and improve WS&V infrastructure performance and cost-effectiveness.
