Donut King Glendale is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join the team as a Supervisor. This is a great opportunity for someone to assist our Store Manager and who is looking to build on their current management and team building skills.

**Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Managing and handling coffee preparation
- Excellent customer service and presentation
- Store opening and closing duties
- Serving and engaging with guests
- Assisting with stock control
- Assisting in training
- Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the store
- Supporting and developing the team to ensure they are providing best in class customer service within an enjoyable working environment
- General clean-up duties

- Demonstrated experience in Food/Hospitality
- Barista experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to take initiative and think on your feet
- High attention to detail
- A reliable and 'can-do' attitude
- Available to work on weekdays and weekends including late night trades (varied hours, approx. 20 hours/week)
