We are looking for Home Carers to work with our clients around the **EASTERN SUBURBS** area of New South Wales.

As a Home Carer your role will be to assist a diverse range of clients including aged, disability and high needs clients.

Your responsibilities:

- Understand and implement the Clinical Care Plan
- Personal care such as assistance with toilet, showering, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and medication assistance
- Domestic duties include preparing meals, housekeeping, companionship and ensuring a safe environment for our clients
- Transport clients to their appointments

Your requirements:

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent Industry experience in a similar role
- Have a current Police Check - Required
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation
- NDIS Workers Screening or willingness to obtain
- Covid19 Vaccination with 1 Booster
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
- Drivers licence and car - Desirable
