- Greet customers and present them with the menu
- Take orders and inform guests of special items and chef recommended dishes of the day
- Serve food and beverages
- Setting tables with cutlery
- Clearing tables
- Packing away washed dishes
- Assist in closing duties
- Present a neat and professional image

**SKILLS**
- Maintain a friendly, courteous and cheerful demeanour at all times
- Able to communicate clearly with customers and other employees
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Willingness to be a team player and hard worker

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- English speaking skills OPTIONAL
- Cantonese AND/OR Mandarin speaking skills - Writing skill is OPTIONAL
- Vietnamese speaking skills are beneficial BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Previous experience is beneficial BUT NOT REQUIRED
