Experienced Barista

We are looking for an **experienced barista.** Are you a coffee enthusiast with a passion for creating exceptional coffee experiences?

Glee Coffee has an opening for a Specialty Coffee Barista to join our dynamic team at The Source, our brew bar nestled within our Glee HQ Roastery

**Please note: This will require being able to run a busy coffee bar, on your own. Proficient English, Drivers Licence, Reliable Car and Latte Art Skills are a non-negotiable.**

Currently hiring for **2-3 days per week. **Days/ hours are flexible.

Ability to expand hours will be offered to the right applicant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve specialty coffee.
- Pack and send online postal orders.
- Pack coffee when required.
- Showcase latte art skills.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team for season launches and events.
- Maintain a clean workspace.
- Engage with customers.

**Requirements**:

- Genuine passion for the coffee industry.
- 1-2 years of Barista experience.
- Latte art proficiency.
- Strong communication skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on their own when required.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new coffee trends and techniques.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $22.05 - $33.48 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 22 per week

- Morning shift
