As a **Float Educator**, you’ll be the friendly face popping into different rooms, bringing calm, consistency, and a helping hand wherever it’s needed most. Whether you’re settling babies or jumping in during the lunch rush - you’ll be a much-loved part of every team. You’ll help create safe, playful, and inspiring spaces across the centre, building strong bonds with children, families, and educators along the way.

We provide a play-based program which is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework. **What you’ll need**:

- **Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care**:

- **Proven Educator Assistant experience and a great energy**:

- **Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy**:

- Current Working with Children Check
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Experience with Storypark is a bonus
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
