**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a compassionate Support Worker who shares the Protestant Christian faith to mentor, support, and guide a client in alignment with their NDIS participant goals. You will play a crucial role in facilitating their engagement in religious activities and promoting their overall well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Domestic Assistance**: Assist with household cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- **Mentoring and Community Engagement**: Facilitate daily activities, appointments, events, and outings, emphasizing the client’s Protestant Christian faith.
- **Mental Health Support**: Provide compassionate support to clients with mental health challenges.
- **Physical Assistance**: Aid clients with physical needs, enhancing their quality of life.
- **Monitoring and Documentation**: Maintain detailed records to ensure personalized care.
- **Client Engagement**: Build meaningful relationships to understand and enhance clients' quality of life.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Regularly document and report clients' progress, contributing to continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Mandatory Checks and Certifications**:

- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid/CPR Certification
- Diploma in Disability, Mental Health, Community Services, or equivalent
- National ID
- Fully insured vehicle for transporting the client

**Additional Requirements**:

- Must have a fully-insured vehicle to transport the client.
- Approximately 38 hours per week, including 4 hours on Saturday and Sunday.

**Compensation**:

- Base pay starting from $30.61 per hour, including applicable penalty rates for evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Additional $0.25 per kilometer for vehicle use.
