Currently loading in for new projects, they are now seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support their operations in Penrith. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and the Warehouse Team, you will be the person that ensures the success of the site installation teams through the timely delivery of the supplies they need to complete their projects.

As an essential part of the team, you will be utilising your organisational skills to map stillages across the site to ensure deliveries can be made efficiently. A familiarity with MS Excel will allow you to track your locations in the spreadsheet.

Your day-to-day work will cover:

- Receiving deliveries to the yard, including assisting with unloading containers
- Locating deliveries within the yard, and recording that in the tracking software,
- Identifying outgoing deliveries for the warehouse manager, and
- Administrative tasks associated with a busy warehouse yard

To be successful in this position, you will be able to demonstrate your:

- Previous experience in a warehouse
- Forklift licence
- Ability to use MS Excel to input data into spreadsheets
- Familiarity with receiving procedures utilising a scanner/bar code system, and
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
