Located in the historic Campbell Stores, on the foreshore of Sydney Harbour, The Rocks, _Ploós_ is where history and tradition meet contemporary expression.

Backdropped with a breath-taking view of Sydney’s Harbour and the iconic Opera House, _Ploós_’ generous alfresco dining space establishes an ambience connecting land to sea, with emphasis on dishes that reflect the serenity of the South Aegean islands.

**What will be involved**:

- Greeting our clients at the door and seating.
- Checking in on clients.
- Liaising with the Events team for streamlined functions

**Requirements**:

- Responsible Service of Alcohol NSW
- +3 years working in a similar role
- Ability to speak/write English fluently
- The ability to work in a high pressure restaurant with strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster

Pay: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Tips

**Experience**:

- Hosting: 2 years (preferred)
