**SALES SUPPORT/ACCOUNT MANAGMENT** **THE COMPANY** Australian owned and operated since 1985, this company is in the packaging industry specialising in premium printing packaging in Mentone. They have some very well known and large retail brands/franchises across Australia who they partner with and going through an exciting stage of growth currently **THE ROLE** Reporting to the Customer Relations Manager and working closely with the Sales support team you will need a "roll your sleeves up" attitude to join this highly engaged and high performing team. This role is critical to the success of the business a truly cross functional role with internal and external stakeholders, you will play an integral part in ensuring process is at the heart of delivering exceptional customer service and driving continuous improvement. **_DUTIES INCLUDE:_** - Internal Account Management of current clients - Liaising with customer service and the warehouse to ensure orders are processed and fulfilled to meet expectations, identifying, and resolving any issues - Facilitating the preparation and processing of promotional requests - Creation and maintenance of back-order report - Providing assistance (back up) to customer service functions - Providing excellent customer service to external and internal customers - Providing administration support to Sales team when required - Liaise with the sourcing team to quote & source products on an as needed basis - Provide accurate reports for inventory allocation & forward orders. - Ensure correct customer pricing is monitored and maintained in the system. - Manage customer escalations from customer service inclusive of freight delays and back orders - Schedule and run month end sales reports and advise on changes to sales activity - Process customer credit and returns process - Relationship Management - deliver high level customer relationship management that promote service excellence and customer retention - Review customised product re-orders **SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE** - Strong Client Relationship managment, Admin & Customer Service experience ideally supporting a Sales Team - A pro-active, can do attitude - Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail - Excellent time management skills - Customer Service focus - Be approachable and confident in dealing with a variety of people - Flexible - able to take on ad hoc support tasks as required - Well-presented and highly motivated. - Strong multi-tasking, analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience using Excel If you are looking for a busy role within a growing, friendly and professional team then
