Avan Campers has been manufacturing recreational vehicles for over 30 years and are looking to add to our current team of loyal employees who want to thrive in this industry, learn new skills and enjoy job stability and personal growth.

We are looking to fill a few positions in both our Customer Service and manufacturing department.

Reporting to a team leader/supervisor, you will be working within a team environment and play an integral role to ensure that a high standard quality of work is achieved and on time.

Due to the current workflow, we are looking for workers that can work in the following areas:

- Furniture Fit our (cabinet makers/installers)
- Detailers/Caulkers
- Installers (appliances/toilets/showers)
- 12vlt & 240vlt wiring
- installation of internal and external fixtures (doors, windows, trims etc)
- Installation of Bull bars
- Flooring

It is imperative that you have hand and power tool experience and excellent hand/eye coordination for all manufacturing roles. It is also important to have the following skills:

- ability to work in tight places
- measure correctly using a tap measure
- tale pride in your work
- must have a willingness to learn
- must be punctual and reliable
- be energetic
- able to walk up and down stairs and in and out of caravans.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $29.33 - $30.13 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 15/01/2025
